One of the largest & wealthiest foreign merchant families in Cartagena, Nicolás Bonoli (Bonolo, Bonolli) ?

Senor Bonolli's  importation event occurred before 1850.  The increasing importation of platina in France during 1841 is notable, perhaps consistent with a dramatic price-drop and the Russian government's decision to abandon Platinum coinage.
