Luhme was a German manufacturer/importer, and appears to have offered the lowest prices for Grove's batteries in the mid-1850s.

In the 1856 Catalogue, the 1848 Grove's Battery Price appears to be the same (by size & #.) Platinum prices are identical to the 1848 catalogue.
