France, 1878: Catalogue Prices (All)

At the 1878 Paris Exposition Universelle, Dr. Silliman reported seeing an ingot model of Palladium; a mass of the actual metal 65.5 kgs (~2,106 Ozt) worth Fr 260,000.

Given the known market price as stated for Platinum, the price of refined, pure Iridium may be inferred from a 90/10 Pt/Ir Alloy. Consequently, Iridium was 3.5x the Price of Platinum.
