The minimum weight items would retail ~£ 3./Ozt.  Where 1 Sq. Foot is understood to be 144 Sq. In. (929.0304 cm²), the special size rate @ 1 Sq. In. = £ 0.1013 ; @cm² = £ 0.0157.

The normal price appears to be £ 0.05 ; @cm² £ 0.05?
